Peter Bacchus
Peter Bacchus is Chief Executive of Bacchus Capital, a UK investment banking and ventures platform with expertise in strategic natural resources. He has 30 years’ experience as a leading global M&A adviser, having led a large number of the industry’s transformative strategic transactions and financed substantial investments and development projects worldwide.
Mr. Bacchus previously acted as Global Head of Mining and Metals at Morgan Stanley. Prior to relocating to London in 2006, he was based in Australia and Indonesia, where he was Asia-Pacific Head of Industrials and Natural Resources investment banking at Citigroup.
Over this time, Mr. Bacchus has been integral to many of the sector’s most transformative transactions, including: acting as strategic and financial adviser to First Quantum Minerals on its $5.1 billion hostile public takeover of Inmet in 2013; defence adviser to Rio Tinto in relation to the unsolicited pre-conditional offer received from BHP (the mining sector’s largest ever takeover offer); defence adviser to Western Mining in relation to the unsolicited offer from Xstrata and ultimate sale to BHP (Australia’s largest ever cash takeover); strategic adviser to Chinese stateowned MinMetals in relation to its takeover offer for Canada’s Noranda (at the time the largest ever Chinese crossborder takeover offer); and adviser and financier to Fortescue Metals in relation to its $2.5 billion financing to build its highly strategic port, rail and mine infrastructure in Western Australia.

Albert Gourley is a Canadian and English qualified lawyer having practised law for over 30 years in Canada, the United Kingdom, Johannesburg and Paris with a focus on natural resources (and mining in particular). Mr. Gourley was a partner of Fasken during the period from 2003 through to the end of 2025, including positions as Managing Partner of the firm’s London and Johannesburg offices, the latter of which he co-founded in 2003.
Mr. Gourley has participated as an investor and director with respect to many public and private companies and is a founder or co-founder of BG Gold, Apex, PA2, MH Intelligence and the World Association of Mining Lawyers (“WAOML”). WAOML is the leading not-for-profit global organization for advancing members’ knowledge of mineral regulation worldwide. Terence Holohan has over 40 years of international experience across major and entrepreneurial mining companies, including Anglo American Platinum, Impala Platinum, BHP, Ivanhoe Mines, PT Archi Indonesia and Resolute Mining. A Chartered Engineer with a BSc in Metallurgy from the University of Leeds, he has held senior technical and executive roles spanning exploration, feasibility, operations, and project turnarounds across Africa, Asia, and beyond.
Mr. Holohan began his career in the platinum industry’s complex processing operations of Anglo American Platinum and Impala Platinum in South Africa including a period as Plant Manager at BHP Minerals Zimbabwe. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President at Ivanhoe Nickel and Platinum, where he led a landmark copper exploration programme in the DRC’s Katanga region, securing the first ‘Clean and Clear’ titles under the 2002 Mining Code. He went on to serve as COO and Head of Exploration and Development at Platmin in South Africa, before assuming the role of CEO of PT Archi Indonesia, where he took a multi-open pit gold operation from the development stage to a fully operational, dividend-paying mine while increasing the Mineral Resources by >2 Moz of high grade (6 gpt Au) following the discovery of a new ore-body.
He has over nine years of CEO-level experience across multiple commodities and challenging jurisdictions within the emerging economies.

Frank Hallam | Director

Frank Hallam
Frank Hallam has over 30 years of experience in the mining, minerals and petroleum industries as an operator, principal, and founder of several NYSE.American, TSX and TSXV corporations. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (1993), was formerly an auditor in the public Mining Practice of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1990). His experience includes both equity and debt financing and the execution of exploration and development programs in Canada, the USA, Mexico and in six different countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. He has been directly involved in friendly and hostile M&A transactions and has been involved in more than US$2.0 billion in public offerings in the USA, Canada, and Europe.
In addition to co-founding Platinum Group Metals Ltd., Mr. Hallam was a co-founder of MAG Silver Corp., acquired by Pan American Silver Corp. for US$2.1 billion in 2025, and West Timmins Mining Inc. which was purchased by producing company Lake Shore Gold Corp. in 2009 for over C$400 million. He served as a director of Lake Shore Gold Corp. until the billion-dollar take-over of Lake Shore Gold Corp. by Tahoe Resources Inc. in April 2016. Dr. Marie Delorme is the CEO of Imagination Group Inc. She serves on the boards of Premium Brands Holding Corporation and the Donner Canadian Foundation, and advisory bodies to the Government of Canada on Indigenous economic issues, the Order of Canada, the Canadian Police College, and the Governor General on Indigenous reconciliation.
A member of the Order of Canada, Dr. Delorme has been widely recognized for her leadership and impact. Her honours include the Indspire Award in Business and Commerce and recognition as one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women. Additional distinctions include the University of Calgary’s Dr. Douglas Cardinal Award, the Alberta Chamber of Commerce Business Award of Distinction, the Calgary Chamber of Commerce Salute to Excellence Award, the Métis Nation Entrepreneurial Leadership Award, the Alberta Centennial Medal, the King Charles III Coronation Medal, and the Governor General’s Viceregal Commendation.

David Kunuk | Director

David Kunuk is an experienced Nunavut-based executive and public sector leader with significant experience in economic development, governance, and Inuit organizations.
Mr. Kunuk has held a number of senior roles in government and Inuit organizations in Nunavut. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Transportation with the Government of Nunavut, where he was responsible for advancing economic development initiatives and supporting resource development across the territory, and as Chief Operating Officer of NTI, where he was responsible for operational oversight of the organization and implementation of Inuit priorities. Prior to that, he was Director of Minerals and Petroleum Resources with the Government of Nunavut. Since June 2025, he has served as Director of Marine and Wildlife with the Qikiqtani Inuit Association.
Mr. Kunuk brings deep knowledge of regulatory processes, government relations, and community engagement in Nunavut, as well as extensive experience working with Inuit organizations.

Chelsea Young is a lawyer at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where she practises in corporate/commercial and securities law. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters, including advising private and public companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private financings, and compliance with Canadian securities law and stock exchange requirements. Ms. Young also has a dedicated Indigenous legal matters practice, working with natural resource and energy companies and Indigenous communities on corporate, commercial, and governance matters, including Indigenous equity participation and economic participation arrangements in development projects. She also advises Indigenous organizations, non-profits, and charities on corporate and governance matters.
Ms. Young is also a Director and Vice‑President of Aboriginal Legal Services, a non‑profit organization providing legal assistance, advocacy, and community programs for Indigenous people.
Ms. Young is of Inuit ancestry and grew up in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, which provides her with lived experience and an understanding of Indigenous cultures and Northern communities.

Marthinus Crouse has over 20 years’ experience in financial management, mine financial planning, business optimization and strategy development. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Crouse held the position of CFO of Detour Gold Corp. and Metals Acquisition Corp. Benjamin Abbs has worked at BG Gold since its formation in December 2022, serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer from January 2024 before assuming his current role in April 2026 as Executive, Corporate Development & Strategy. In parallel, Mr. Abbs continues to work at Bacchus Capital Advisers, a UK investment bank and merchant bank which specialises in the natural resources sector. His advisory experience spans mergers and acquisitions, takeover defence, royalty and offtake transactions, capital raises, and restructurings.

Brian May is a Professional Geoscientist with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, project development, and production geology. His experience spans grassroots exploration, advanced-stage resource development, and mine operations across a range of gold and copper-gold projects, including extensive work in remote and northern operating environments.
Mr. May currently serves as Vice President, Exploration of BG Gold Corp., where he is responsible for exploration strategy, program execution, geological interpretation, and exploration management in Nunavut.
Prior to joining BG Gold, Mr. May served as Exploration Manager with Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. and later B2Gold Corp. following the acquisition of the Back River Gold District, where he supported exploration management, resource advancement, and project development activities.
Mr. May previously served as Chief Geoscientist and later President of Triumph Gold Corp., where he supported exploration and development activities at the Freegold Mountain Project in the Yukon and the Andalusite Peak Project in British Columbia.

Martin has four decades of experience in gold and diamond mining, spanning operational, technical, and executive roles across multiple jurisdictions. He began his career as a learner miner at De Beers in South Africa, progressing through mine management before moving to Group level as mining strategist, business development manager, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer.
He joined Gold Fields Limited in 2017 as Executive Vice President: South Africa, where he led the turnaround and ramp-up of the South Deep mine. He went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Group as well as being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2023. Martin joined the Board of Sylvania Platinum in February 2026 as a Non-Executive Director.
